How to Generate Your ADP Employee Census Report (Report 1)

From Reports & Analytics select Personal & Employment from the list of Standard Reports.

Choose Employee Census and update the following:

Click the Who appears on this report link.
Under the Employee List section, select All Active Employees and click Apply.
Click the Appearance and Other Settings link.
Under the Display Settings for Date of Birth, select Not Masked and click Apply.

Click RUN AS EXCEL.

Once STATUS says Completed, click on the Employee Census link to download the report, and upload the report below.

How to Generate Your Paycom Employee Information Report

Go to Reports Center and click Payroll Report Writer.

On the Employee Information tab, select these fields:

Employee Information

Legal First Name
Legal Last Name
Position
Employee Status
DOL Status
Gender
Zip Code
Primary Phone
Work Email
Personal Email
Annual Salary

Pay Information

Pay Frequency
Pay Type
Rate_1

Dates

Birth Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
Hire Date

No changes needed to Payroll Specific Fields, Filters, or Sorting Options Tabs.

In the Review tab, choose Output Format: XLSX and set the Specific Date Range to today’s date. Then click Generate Report.

Once the report finishes generating, click the Download button to save your report, and upload the report below.
