  • Patient navigation center staffed by bilingual licensed medical assistants schedule care with Private Physician Network (PPN).
  • Care must be provided through PPN approved facilities and doctors.
  • Unlimited doctor visits for $10 visit fee within the PPN.
  • Annual Physical available with 4 pre-approved lab tests.
